Can I place an order over the phone?

You can exchange and/or return your online order at our physical stores quickly and easily! All you need to do is take the order in its original box, along with the invoice. In the event of a return, the order will be sent to the company's headquarters where the refund will be processed within 15 days.

Can I Exchange or Return Products from the Outlet section?

Products in the Outlet category may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality or comfort. To ensure the best shopping experience, we offer these items at special prices. As these are end-of-collection items or have possible aesthetic details, they cannot be exchanged! Returns can be made through your personal area!

Are the items actually available in the online store?

Yes! Whenever you order an item that is available, it means that there is stock available.

If there is a stock error, or a defect is detected during the shipping process of your order, we will contact the customer.

Can I purchase all the products from the online store in physical stores?

As a general rule, the items you find in the manuelalves.pt online store can also be purchased in physical stores, except for our exclusive online collections.

The online store may also have items for sale from a different season to the season sold in the store, for example during the summer season, the online store may also present winter items.

Are there price differences between the online store and physical stores?

Prices in the online store and in physical stores do not vary. However, there may be different promotions and campaigns, i.e. discounts offered exclusively in physical stores or in the online store. The prices that apply are always those indicated for each item.

Do you accept exchanges and/or returns?

Yes, we accept exchanges and/or returns for your online purchase.

You can check the conditions in the exchanges and returns section.

Physical stores have a different exchange and return policy than online stores.

What are the costs associated with returning/exchanging an order?

In the event of returning the order, the return costs will be borne by the customer, and the value of the item ordered will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same method used to make the payment.

The costs of a new pair in exchange are offered by Manuel Alves.

What are the conditions for receiving returns/exchanges of items?

Exchanges/returns are only permitted for items sent in the same condition as they were received, without any signs of use. The original box cannot arrive damaged.
You have 15 days after receiving the product to exchange and/or return it.

Return of item in Buy 1 Get 2 campaign

In the case of items from the buy 1 get 2 campaign, returns will only be accepted if both pairs are returned.

Is it possible to purchase online and pick up in a physical store?

Yes, you can make your purchase online and request free in-store pickup. When you make your purchase, you will be given the option of in-store delivery and the options of stores where you can pick up your order.

Only available in stores in Portugal.

How can I get refunded?

Once the order has been received and the conditions for exchange/return have been confirmed, Manuel Alves will refund the corresponding amount paid for the returned item, using the same method used to make the purchase.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, Manuel Alves reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return and to refuse to refund the same, leaving the items available for collection at one of our stores or sending by post (with the new shipping being the responsibility of the customer).

When will I receive my refund?

Payment of the amount is made within 14 days, after the end of the return process, using the same payment method used to place the order.

When you make an online purchase, can you return it and receive the money back in store?

Exchanges or returns of products purchased on our website can be made in store, however in the case of returns, refunds are processed by the online store.

Which countries do we ship to?

Manuel Alves sends orders to the following countries:

Portugal, Spain (except islands), France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Finland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Poland and Romania.

How is my order processed?

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a payment confirmation email and your order will go into preparation mode.
This remains in effect until the order is shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Our delivery times vary from 2 to 8 working days, depending on the items in your order.
If the order contains only one item or several items available exclusively online, it will be delivered to your address within 2 working days.
If your order consists of more than one item and they are not available in our central warehouse, it will take a little longer to be dispatched, as it will be necessary to wait for all items to arrive at the central warehouse. It may take up to 8 working days to be delivered.

Are in-store deliveries faster?

Store deliveries are free and the best option for the planet, however, they take a little longer to be delivered, as it will be necessary to wait for the day when our vans go to the store to make the deliveries.
Don't worry, the maximum delivery time will be 8 working days. If you need faster delivery, please contact our customer support team for the help you need.

How can I receive my order faster?

Our deliveries will always depend on the contents of your order, however the fastest delivery is always to a collection point. This is made on the working day following dispatch.
