Regarding the prices applied, if an error is identified, Manuel Alves will correct the price as soon as it is detected, always informing the customer of the correction. The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of any items sold in Manuel Alves Group stores and online for one year from the date of purchase. Simply present the card at the time of purchase or apply it at checkout.
Once the validity period has expired, the Card cannot be renewed, nor can it be claimed or recovered.
The Card is owned by the issuing entity: MASALVES – CALÇADO UNIPESSOAL LDA (Manuel Alves) with tax number – 504 456 091, with registered office at Rua Padre José Peixoto Dias, no. 803 4610-285 Felgueiras, the Card holder being merely its user.
The Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance on the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
The card will not be replaced if stolen, lost, or damaged. Cards purchased through any illicit means will be considered null and void and cannot be used to purchase items.
Whenever a virtual Card is purchased, we will not be responsible for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the same by the respective recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to: (i) deficiencies or breakdown of telecommunications lines/systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur in any of the situations provided for in paragraph (i) above; (iii) incorrect data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card; (iv) impossibility of delivering the Card to the email address provided, or (v) the fact that the email sent is considered spam or unwanted email.
