50% OFF THE 2ND PAIR CAMPAIGN

1. Campaign conditions

Upon purchasing 2 (two) pairs of selected products, the customer receives a 50% discount on the base price of the lower-priced pair.

"Base price" refers to the item's selling price prior to the application of this campaign's discount or any other discounts or promotional codes.

The campaign is valid exclusively in the online store and applies only to products identified as included in the campaign.

The campaign is valid through September 30, 2026. The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart, provided the campaign conditions are met.

2. Discount application

The 50% discount is calculated based on the base price of the lower-priced pair among the two eligible pairs.

The discount is not calculated based on a price that has already been reduced by this campaign or another promotional discount.

Example:

Pair A — base price: €100

 Pair B — base price: €80

50% discount applied to the base price of Pair B: €40 

Total payable: €140

When more than two pairs are purchased, the discount will be applied according to the conditions shown in the shopping cart.

This campaign cannot be combined with other promotional codes or campaigns.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges of products purchased under this campaign are subject to MANUEL ALVES' general exchange conditions.

Whenever an exchange involves replacing an item with another of a different price, a price adjustment may be required. If the replacement item is not covered by the campaign, the current price for that item will apply.

An exchange cannot result in the retention of a promotional benefit if the conditions that triggered the discount are no longer met, without the corresponding price adjustment.

4. Returns of a promotional order

The campaign is based on the joint purchase of two eligible pairs.

If the customer wishes to return only one of the pairs purchased under the campaign, the discount amount will be recalculated so that the pair retained by the customer is valued at its regular price, excluding the promotional discount.

This rule aims to ensure that the promotional discount remains tied to compliance with the campaign conditions.

5. Defective or non-conforming products

This campaign does not affect consumers' statutory rights regarding products that are non-conforming or defective. In such cases, the rights provided for under applicable legislation apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and subject to applicable legal requirements.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframes stipulated by applicable legislation. 

7. Exclusions

The campaign applies exclusively to products identified as eligible in the online store. MANUEL ALVES reserves the right to exclude specific products from the campaign, provided that this information is clearly displayed prior to the completion of the purchase.

8. Acceptance of terms
