Delivery Methods

The delivery methods available to the customer are chosen at the time of purchase, with the customer having the option of choosing between online purchase and pickup at one of our physical stores or online purchase with delivery to the customer's address. The order is only sent after payment confirmation.

Manuel Alves safeguards possible shipment delays in cases where the item in question exists in low quantities, and it requires a special shipping method (in the case of items that have to be shipped from physical stores).

• In case the withdrawal is carried out in our stores, shipping will have no additional transport cost. As soon as the order is available at the selected store, the customer is informed through his telephone contact, with a period of 10 days to collect it.

• For parcel deliveries at the customer's address, the customer must indicate the correct address and the name of the recipient. Deliveries are available all over Europe, taking into account the variation in the value of postage for certain areas. The customer will be able to follow the delivery process in real time, directly with the carrier responsible for shipping. We safeguard possible delays related to the carrier, local holidays or possible delivery difficulties at the customer's address. Deliveries will be made only on business days. In the event that the delivery of the order is not celebrated, the carrier will contact the customer in order to reschedule or establish a collection point for the customer.

Order Confirmation - Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Contract

Before finalizing the order by the user, a listing of the item (s) purchased (s) is always shown, as well as quantities, size and color of the same (s). The customer must confirm his order, as well as the billing and delivery details he provided.
