The reservation and shipment of the order will only be made after payment confirmation.

The customer has 15 days from the date of receiving the products to exchange and/or return them!

2) Submit your exchange and/or return request in your personal area to receive a label and follow the instructions! A $4.50 associated cost applies to returns, deducted from your refund! Free exchanges only for Continental Portugal!
